The AMURE programme

Want to know what subsidies the AMURE programme offers to improve your company’s energy efficiency? In addition, the programme also funds the annual monitoring audit and feasibility study of renewable energy sources if your company participates in a sector agreement.

What is the purpose of the grant? 

The purpose of the AMURE programme grant is to support companies in improving their energy efficiency. This is achieved through different types of grants awarded to companies with branch agreements, SMEs for renovation works, SMEs that have signed a letter of intent, representative bodies of companies and companies with branch agreements.

The grant can be used for various purposes, including:

1. Conducting a partial energy audit, a global energy audit, a pre-feasibility study, a feasibility study and an annual follow-up audit. This enables companies to analyse their energy consumption and identify possible improvements.
2. Establishing a 2050 roadmap and studying its relevance. This helps companies develop long-term strategies to improve their energy efficiency and meet future sustainability targets.
3. Preparing, overseeing and monitoring an industry agreement. This ensures that companies comply with agreements and measures agreed to improve energy efficiency.
4. Implementing actions to improve energy efficiency. This includes implementing measures and projects that reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability.

In short, the grant aims to support companies in taking measures to improve their energy efficiency and contribute to sustainability goals.

How much funding is there? 

The intervention rate ranges from 50 to 100%, depending on the type of company or company representation.

In the context of Energy Cheques, the intervention rate is 75%.

What costs are eligible? 

The eligible costs for the AMURE programme include the services of an accredited energy auditor to conduct a simplified, partial or global energy audit, pre-feasibility study, feasibility study and annual monitoring audit.

In addition, the cost of measuring equipment purchased or rented by the company and the company’s internal services (if validated by the energy auditor) are also considered eligible costs.

For the annual follow-up audit, the assistance of an approved energy auditor may be substituted by a person from the company who has received the required training under the sector agreement.
