Private individuals and companies can apply for a premium for renovation and energy-saving investments via one online window. My Renovation Premium applies to houses, flats and all other buildings in the Flemish Region. This premium is co-financed by Next Generation EU via the Flemish Recovery Plan.
What is the purpose of the grant?
The call aims to provide citizens and businesses with an online window (My VerbouwPremie) where they can apply for investments in energy efficiency and housing quality.
Who can submit an application?
All those who invest in an existing house, flat , apartment building or a non-residential building (e.g. business premises or office building), will be able to apply for financial support for investments in energy efficiency (such as roof insulation, wall insulation, floor insulation, high-efficiency glass, solar water heater, heat pump, heat pump boiler and gas condensing boiler) and investments in home quality (electricity and plumbing, interior renovation, windows and doors), depending on the target group they belong to.
How much funding is there?
Using My Renovation Premium’s simulator, you can easily find out which premiums you can apply for and the amount you are entitled to. The simulator is based on joint income, the age of the property, whether or not you are an owner-occupier and the various works you plan to carry out.
What costs are eligible?
You can apply for My Renovation Premium for invoices (or parts of invoices) for which you have not yet applied for a renovation and/or energy premium with Fluvius and for which no premium has yet been granted, and this for all categories of works.
How do I apply for funding and what are the deadlines?
