Do you, as an enterprise, want to receive strategic transformation support for investments and training to strengthen your international competitive position and contribute to the economic fabric in Flanders? Companies can receive strategic transformation support for investments and training.
The support system is open to small, medium-sized and large enterprises in Flanders. Cooperating enterprises can also submit a joint project. In that case, they must be at least three enterprises that do not belong to the same enterprise group.

Large enterprises are eligible for investment aid only if the investment takes place in a regional aid area

Having a climate plan is compulsory for large and/or energy-intensive companies applying for aid. This climate plan describes how the relevant business establishment will make the transition towards low-carbon operations in a climate-neutral Europe by 2050.

Support is 8% for investments, 20% for training with a maximum of €500,000 per applicant company and per calendar year.
For transformation projects with exceptional importance in terms of sustainability or climate, this ceiling is €1,000,000 per applicant company and per calendar year.
For a three-year period, training costs and the investment amount must meet the entry thresholds. These thresholds vary depending on the type of support, the size of the enterprise and whether or not there is cooperation in the support application.
You can apply for investment aid, training aid or both. The transformation project must always include both an investment and training component, even if you do not apply for support for either. Training and investment are essential for the successful implementation of the transformation project.
