Prices of different types of energy continue to fluctuate (almost always upwards), affecting the cost of the entire value chain and its ability to be globally competitive. We all watch with concern and hope that the industrial fabric spread across the country can sustain itself and enter a growth spiral for all the good it brings in terms of wealth generation, meeting the demographic challenge in those areas whose economic engine depends on a large (or small) industry, stability and future prospects.
